In Turkey, Fiba Holding has the franchise rights of Marks & Spencer since 1999. As a result, of a lucrative operations and management style in Turkey, Fiba Retail Group merited the franchise rights of Marks & Spencer Russia and Marks & Spencer Ukraine. Currently, Fiba operates 47 Marks & Spencer stores in these countries and provides employment opportunity for nearly 2,000 people. Fiba Retail Group will continue opening new stores with its aggressive enlargement strategy and will continue providing a challenging career opportunity for fresh graduates.

This position will be primarily responsible for implementing and developing related tasks within the following departments:
· Merchandising,
· Sales Development,
· Information Technologies,
· Finance & Accounting,
· Store Management.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor degree from a reputable university preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, etc.
* Excellent command of English,
* Preferably good command of Russian,
* Proficiency in MS Office applications,
* Strong analyzing and problem solving skills,
* Work extremely well in a team environment,
* Able to travel domestically and internationally.
